Curriculum vitae
Claudia Zoccarato graduated in Environmental Engineering from the University of Padua (Italy) in 2012. In 2016 she got her Ph.D. from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering Sciences at the University of Padua with a thesis titled Data Assimilation in Geomechanics: Characterization of hydrocarbon reservoirs. She is currently working as Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering. Her research interests lie in the area of numerical modelling land subsidence due to anthropogenic activities by developing data assimilation techniques suitable for specific applications in geomechanical problems. Moreover, she is working on developing and implementing numerical models of land-surface evolution in transitional environments due to accreting and compacting processes.
Claudia Zoccarato is author and co-author of scientific publications in international journals and conference proceedings.
